The present work is about the communication between the teams in the organizational context, but specifically in the company Select affiliates. The aforementioned organization has as a priority to maintain communication among its members, in order to maintain a consolidated culture. Thus, making processes clearer for all employees, increasing their proactivity and knowledge of established business procedures.
