    In this project the objective is to analyze the importance of human behavior within organizations, as is the coexistence in the organizational environment between the employees and their leaders. In the corporate environment, team communication needs to be effective so that the differences of each person can add up positively and bring a significant result for the company. Organizational dynamics is a process that undergoes continuous changes, since it is not static because it is composed of people who are able to plan, execute, organize and control objectives.
