The business budget is an accounting tool that has the function of analyzing and evaluating the profits, costs and acquisitions of a company in a certain period (usually of one year), and it is the part of a strategic financial plan that comprises the forecast of future income and expenses for the administration of a given year. We also see the importance of the budget in the company's life and its different types.
