The company belongs to Carlos Armando, which used to be an in-person office, but due to certain precariousness it was transformed into an online office, which made Carlos' life a lot easier. However, he is about to retire and has decided to sell his business. Gabriel and Pamela are its employees and together with two more colleagues, Bruna and João Marcelo, they decided to buy the company. They already have experience in the area, having worked for years in accounting offices. The office will serve the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, operating 24 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. There will be a virtual chat on the website, exclusively for customers to ask their questions, in addition to daily meetings through the platform, to help users from product budgets, operational and non-operational costs, to consulting and aid in decision making.

The new venture will be a Limited Partnership, using the corporate name Soluções Contábeis Limitada – ME, belonging to five recently graduated friends who had in mind the idea of ​​starting an innovative business that could make a difference in the lives of people and/or companies. The services offered will be the traditional ones, such as business accounting (general), tax, labor/social security, income tax, also including the little explored areas of consulting and auditing.
