This work was prepared by students of the second module of the accounting sciences course at UNIFEOB, with sustainability as its theme, in which research was carried out at the company Contábil Baesso, in order to analyze sustainable practices in the business field, in the environment in that the company is inserted, what is the consequence of this for society, and how a company is able to unite both its economic development and the development of society as a whole, contributing to social development inside and outside the company and for the environmental development. Through this work, it is possible to notice how business actions can directly interfere through sustainable practices in the development of society, and how these actions can lead to a future with a better and more sustainable society and with more resources for its development

To start first, we must know a little more about Sustainability, the concept was first used in 1987 by the Norwegian minister Gro Bundtland. According to her, “sustainable development means being able to meet current demands without this jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”

It is an online accounting office, called Contábil Connection, with services performed solely online and over the internet. The firm intends to offer, in addition to accounting services, differentiated consulting plans, budgets, with professionals specialized in various financial segments. The company belongs to Carlos Armando, which used to be an in-person office, but due to certain precariousness it was transformed into an online office, which made Carlos' life a lot easier. However, he is about to retire and has decided to sell his business. Gabriel and Pamela are its employees and together with two more colleagues, Bruna and João Marcelo, they decided to buy the company. They already have experience in the area, having worked for years in accounting offices. The office will serve the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, operating 24 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. There will be a virtual chat on the website, exclusively for customers to ask their questions, in addition to daily meetings through the platform, to help users from product budgets, operational and non-operational costs, to consulting and aid in decision making.

C.R.E.S. is focused on small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, working in the eastern region of the state of São Paulo and southern Minas Gerais, applying accounting solutions and business management, with an exclusive commitment to development, decisively contributing to competitiveness and productivity using technology .

In the 6th Module of Accounting Sciences, the project will be based on surveys and analysis of financial and economic indicators for decision-making and company control, being complemented with studies on compliance and corporate governance. The company to be analyzed in this study will be Vale S.A., which despite having been involved in major controversies due to accidents caused by the rupture of dams harmful to the environment and communities, has financial solidity and is attractive to potential investors.

The present project aims to carry out the constitution of a company focused on the accounting area, in which it will be restricted only to the granting of franchises and business consulting. The company will focus on promoting and helping those who are entering the market an opportunity to acquire a structure along with a lifetime monitoring of how to prepare and carry out their daily obligations within the ancillary responsibilities assigned to an accounting firm. The accounting sector is very broad and due to the lack of knowledge many beginners are faced with difficulties due to the routines and obligations that must be carried out every month. The accounting franchise is an excellent tool for this beginning, but it is not restricted to beginners, those already consolidated professionals looking for innovation or even advice to improve their business, we will be able to support these clients as well. Our proposal meets the client's needs, we offer franchises in three different modules, in which each one meets the profile and needs of each client.

National tax legislation is complex and extensive. Taxes may have different incidences in the States, as in the case of ICMS. With the objective of analyzing the costs caused by the incidence of the tax on inputs applied to coffee production, the internal and interstate rates were studied. With the information gathered, it was possible to generate an estimate of the amount spent by the rural producer on each bag of coffee produced. This study is of essential importance to manage financial information, allowing greater control over the profitability of the rural producer.

The article is based on the survey and analysis of financial indicators, which consist of in decision making. The company assigned to our project was Raiadrogasil, for its political, ethical and social values, making it one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. In the Controllership study unit, we will address the performance indicators of the three last periods, which will support decision-making. In Analysis of Financial Statements, we will address vertical and horizontal analyses, together with the liquidity ratios, average term of receipt of sales and average term purchases, and level of indebtedness.
