Soy has been gaining strength in the Agro sector and today it is the main source of income for many producers, in addition to its extreme importance in the export sector, as well as in the country's economy, which is why it was nicknamed Brazil's gold. (EMBRAPA). It is also considered an oilseed plant as it has 18% to 20% oil content in its seeds. It is a grain rich in proteins and can be consumed by both men and animals.
