The objective of this project is to create a micro-enterprise that can be introduced in the civil construction market, which has shown an evident growth in recent years. The method used will be “BUSINESS BRAINSTORMING”, with the contents presented in the study units on “ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT” and “STRATEGIC ADMINISTRATION. BUDGET MC is a micro-company whose purpose is to serve the market in a simple but flexible way for customers who want to start building or renovating and do not have the time and availability to budget for materials.
