Faced with various food businesses in the city of Poços de Caldas, the team envisioned a very specific market niche, which seeks customers who want to go beyond meeting their food needs. In this way, the intention is to set up a Retro Snack Bar from the 1970s to 1980s, all in period style. In this Retro Snack Bar, the environment would send customers back to the past, with music, clothes, decoration, stories and period costumes, bringing sensations that stimulate the five senses.

The presence of breweries in Brazil registered an increase of more than 30% in recent years, the states of Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro are the main responsible for the growth. In this year of 2021, around 1,171 establishments are already registered and operating at MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply). Due to the growth of the sector and because it is a product that values good taste, craft beer will probably enter the dispute with wine for the preference of consumers who want to purchase alcoholic beverages of quality and different flavors. Over the years, Brazilians have changed their tastes and are increasingly looking to try new craft beers.

It is based on fundamental principles such as: focus on quantity, lack of criticism of ideas and combination of ideas.
