    The objective of this project is to demonstrate the importance of the Human Resources area in terms of assessing the performance of employees, which is the tool that monitors the development of each one, and identifies weaknesses and those in need of improvement. Through this tool, we were able to identify the need to properly apply the necessary training, aiming at professional development and growth.

In it we will talk about the training methods explaining how each method works, what are the techniques and models used by the companies. For this integrated project we use as a base the company Gehfer, seeing what the method used by the company, and which it believes is best for the development of its employees.
