Item O impacto da vida moderna na saúde das pessoas. Como resgatar a qualidade de vida e o bem-estar?(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BRAZ, Amanda Aparecida; RAMPEGA, Gabriel de Aro; FERRAZ, Larissa Albuquerque; GENARI, Maria Clara; CANEDO, Maria Eduarda; SANTOS, Maria Elisa Freire dos; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosCongenital cardiac malformation are problems or abnormalities in the functions or structures of the heart, they appear in the period of 3 weeks of gestation when the formation of the heart begins. When the examination is carried out in the initial phase of the newborn's life, the chances of discovering a cardiac malformation are high, but when special attention is not given, the discovery only becomes possible in the adult phase, when it is often already too late. Such malformations can evolve from just one complication, which can be treated throughout life to a high mortality rate.Item Prevenção e promoção de saúde(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) MARÇOLA, Beatriz de Oliveira; SANTOS, Joanna Lucília Marques dos; GIMENES, Maria Eduarda Gorini; PEREIRA, Maria Fernanda Inácio; FRANCO, Murilo de Lima; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosWhen we talk about acute myocardial infartion, the common sense is that only elders are afflicted by it. However, our youth are every day more exposed to the risk of cardiovascular disease, the incidents of heart attack among people from 20 to 39 years old is increasing considerably. Among these risk factors is smoking which is increasing among younger people togheter with other unhealthy habits. This is the topic of this paper, where we colected data through research, debated the results in group and gathered information with field professionals.Item Alterações Morfológicas do Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) ALVES, Ana Laura; PRADO, Gabriela; FIGUEIREDO, Giovana; CORREA, Igor; SALIN, Luany; SOUZA, Milena; SABOIA, Vanessa; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosAMI occurs at any age, approximately 10% occur in people under 40 years of age, we have the example of Pedro, a 28-year-old who had an unhealthy lifestyle, in addition, approximately 45% of infarctions occur in people under 65 years old. Therefore, the objective of this work is to show the morphological alterations resulting from AMI and how the lifestyle stimulates it.Item Alterações Congênitas X Histórico Familiar(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) VALDAMBRINI, Ana Luiza Inácio; GIÃO, Estela Carolina Bargas; MONTOURO, Fernanda Braganhole; CUNHA, Gabriela Nogueira; SANTOS, Heloísa dos; FRANCISCO, Valdenise S.; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosThe objective of this study is to describe the congenital changes in family history with several causes, teratogenic factors that cause malformations, which can be classified into three categories: chemical agents (licit and illicit drugs, drugs and chemical substances), agents (infections) and physical agents (ionizing radiation and temperature). In cases of malformed newborns, more than half could be avoided by applying primary prevention measures. For this, it would be necessary to know the frequency of each specific defect to evaluate the impact of a prevention measure and to know the possible causes involved in the specific congenital defects. In several countries around the world, including Brazil, public health programs related to the preventive actions of congenital malformations are related to the fortification of grains and farinaceous with folic acid to reduce the primary occurrence. Such changes in Brazil were recommendations suggested by the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization, in order to reduce the risk of pathologies that compromise the central nervous system (CNS). The objective of this article was to investigate the existence of a relationship between the type of congenital malformation and the neonatal variables (birth weight, gender and gestational age) and maternal variables (gestational drug use, number of prenatal visits, age, income family, education level and number of children).Item Segurança e saúde no manuseio de fitossanitários(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) VALDAMBRINI, Ana Luiza Inácio; GIÃO, Estela Carolina Bargas; SANTOS, Heloísa dos; FRANCISCO, Valdenise S.; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosIn view of the vast use of phytosanitary products for a better harvest, it is necessary to have knowledge about their use and consumption, considering the impacts they may generate on the health of consumers and people who work directly with these products. This article contributes with issues related to information and public policies for the sector, enabling an understanding of the subject, since it is essential that people are aware of the correct way to use phytosanitary products, so that they do not harm their health and enhance the emergence of of pathologies. Despite being a complex, controversial and conflicting topic, it is essential to be discussed, mainly because Brazil has had a high position in the use of agricultural pesticides, classified as one of the largest consumers of pesticides in the world.Item Prevenção e promoção de saúde no infarto agudo do miocárdio(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BOAS, Carmélia Vilas; COSTA, Michela D'Arki; GUERRA, Sabrina; SANTOS, Amilton César dos; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosThis study aims to clarify a problem that affects a large part of the population, acute myocardial infarction. In this same will be approached the most common and complex causes that trigger this pathology. Subjects will be approached as prevention, through interviews with health professionals, and among them are: Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Nursing. It was verified how the work of a Multidisciplinary Team is done, making it clear how to prevent and restore a patient who has suffered acute myocardial infarction. In this, an advertising campaign of prevention and basic care will be developed to avoid such a problem of health, which is one of the number 1 causes of death in Brazil and in the world.Item A liberação das 51 moléculas: benefícios nacionais(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) SANTOS, Maria Elisa Freire dos; GIMENES, Maria Eduarda Gorini; CARNEIRO, Maria Eugênia de Oliveira; FERREIRA, Stefanie Franco; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosThe objective of the present work is to show us that the use of pesticides is the most used by producers for the extinction of pests, thereby increasing their productivity. The first issue was to show us that at the end of July 2019 51 new pesticide molecules were released, the vast majority are products that have been in the market for a long time, but only now has the record of some companies to sell them, is the In the case of Glyphosate and Mancozebe based products that are old and used in time but not all companies had their record, the others are more selective products in the field that have higher technology and use less quantities but kill fewer natural enemies. In the case of pests, however, they are safer products to use because for the release of use the analyzes are more stringent as to health. The release of the new molecules was approved by the current government, where it generated a great repercussion, where many did not understand the need for this release, but Brazil is one of the largest countries with land and higher production and to maintain quality and quality. large amount with standards it is indispensable to use pesticides in the fieldItem Benefícios dos agrotóxicos na produção agrícola(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) RAMOS, Bárbara Alessandra; SILVA, Gabriele de Padua; OLIVEIRA, Tainara Bossato de; RAMOS, Thais de Souza; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosAccording to Law 7.802/89, agricultural pesticides are defined as products and agents whose function is to change the composition of flora or fauna, in order to preserve them from the harmful action of harmful living beings. Pesticides emerged with the need to meet the increased demand for consumption and food input for the entire population. In the present work, a bibliographical review was carried out regarding the benefits that the use of pesticides brought and continues to bring to the environment and the crop.Item Malefícios a saúde e interferências morfofuncionais causados pela exposição a defensivos agrícolas no Brasil(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) MARQUES, Jessica Alexandra; FERRAZ, Larissa Albuquerque; GENARI, Maria Clara; CANEDO, Maria Eduarda; CERVA, Maria Victoria; ALMEIDA, Victoria Caroline de; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosBrazil is the largest consumer of pesticides in the world. Several studies prove the harm to human and environmental health from exposure to pesticides. Analysis of scientific articles, books and online sites were carried out in the search for more information about pesticides and their morphofunctional interference in human health. It is essential to carry out studies on the effects of chronic and simultaneous exposure to various pesticides, in addition to studies on the nexus of structural determination of the use of poisons and their consequences. We were able to conclude from this that there are several interferences caused by the use of pesticides both in the population that consumes such foods as in rural producers, who, in turn, do not use safety equipment capable of reducing contact with these chemical components.Item Mitos e verdades sobre os defensivos agrícolas(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) FIGUEIREDO, Carolina Alves; RIBEIRO, Gabriela Moreira; VALVERDE, Laynara Moreira; PEREIRA, Maria Fernanda Inácio; COSTA, Michela D’Arki; GUERRA, Sabrina Gracie Del; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosThis work aims to clarify and inform about issues involving the indiscriminate use of pesticides and how harmful they are. Several studies prove the harm to human and environmental health if exposed to these chemicals. They are composed of chemical substances that are intended for the control, destruction or prevention, directly or indirectly, of pathogenic agents for plants, animals and people. According to Lopes and Albuquerque (2018, p. 219), Brazil is currently the largest consumer of crop protection products in the world. And in 2010 and 2011, 936 thousand tons of these were consumed. The use of agricultural defensives arrived in the 1960s and with the implementation of the National Agricultural Defensive Program (PNDA), it gained momentum in the 1970s. It is well known that the impacts generated by the exaggerated use of agricultural defensives have spreading countless problems to the population in general and the use and handling by rural workers without proper protection, has caused fatal pathologies. According to an article published on the website Redalyc.org says: [...] they act in the human body by inhibiting a group of enzymes called cholinesterase, which act in the degradation of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter...Item Eixo de métodos alternativos: benefícios a saúde e ao meio ambiente(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) DIAS, Gabriela Snidars; PALOMO, Isabela Cazarini; FRANCO, Letícia Porto Bozeli; CASSIANO, Marília Emily Russo; JACINTO, Natany da Silva; SILVA, Thais Caroline Pereira da; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosPesticides were developed in World War I and widely used in World War II as a chemical weapon. With the end of the war, the product was used and known as pesticide or phytosanitary products. Once used in agricultural systems, pesticides remain in food even after washing. Uncontrolled ingestion of these substances can lead to several diseases, including: Cancer; Paralysis; Neurological problems; Breathing difficulties; Skin irritations; Allergies; Miscarriage and malformation of the fetus, as well as causing numerous damage to the environment. It is for these ills and others still unknown that alternative methods of agricultural production without the use of pesticides are increasingly being sought and developed. Foods produced from this idea have several benefits such as: safer foods and free from chemical contamination that can cause health damage; more nutritious foods that preserve their properties that are not lost in the production process; and more sustainable production with no soil contamination, reduced use of non-renewable energy sources and reduced waste production.Item Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio: alterações morfológicas(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) CARDOSO, Estefane; PEREIRA, Fernanda; FALETTE, Gabriela; SANTOS, Lucas; FONSECA, Thainara; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosAmong the Brazilian population, the major part of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) stands out the acute myocardial infarction (AMI), according to the information department of the National Health System (DATASUS) in 2013 the main cause of death in Brazil refers to AMI. The purpose of this study was to elaborate a case study on the reasons for AMI in a patient and the difference of morphological alterations comparing a healthy organ and an affected organ, also using histological slides of normal myocardial and myocardial tissues with infarction, (Figure 2), necrotic myocardial fibers are observed, which is characterized by the loss of the myocardiocytic nucleus. This study made it possible to determine the presence of cardiac tissue , through the literature review of cardiology, the possible causes of an acute myocardial infarction, the physiology of a healthy heart, the comparison of the injured tissues and regions of the heart with an unchanged one, as well as the methods and materials used for such comparison.Item Problemáticas de métodos de cultivo alternativo(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) MARÇOLA, Beatriz de Oliveira; CUNHA, Gabriela Nogueira da; GARCIA, Larissa; MORETTO, Lauriane; BICHOFF, Lorena; FRANCO, Murilo de Lima; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosWe know that agricultural defenders are harmful to health, so organic cultivation is well regarded and grows every day, but organic cultivation can also have its harms. Conventional crops have higher production, less cost and time, while organic crops offer superior quality, making cultivation more expensive and difficult to access. Due to this demand for cultivation time, there would be no way to meet the food needs of the population, not to mention that fertilization is done through the animal stock, which can lead to a greater number of pests and contamination in the soil, plant and man.Item Marcadores bioquímicos do infarto agudo do miocárdio(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BERNARDO, Felipe de Lima; ANDRIAN, Isadora; DIOGO, João Luiz; MORETTO, Lauriane; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima SANTOS, Amilton César dos SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de SANTOS, Odair José dosThe acute myocardial infarction is nowadays, the main cause for cardiovascular pathologies. Developed by genetic, alimentary and behavioral factors, the AMI leads to the obstruction of the coronary blood-flow, which can lead the patient to have complications and even to die. Through the studies based on significant bibliographies, we attempted to comprehend what are the fundamental biochemical markers for the diagnosis, their changes and the main areas affected in the suggested pathologic case. The identification by electrocardiogram and the dosage of the biomarkers as: Myoglobin, CK-Total, CK-MB and Troponin is essential, being a biochemical expression of the fiber lesion, together with them, the Lactate Dehydrogenase, B-type natriuretic peptide and the reactice C protein act in the prognosis, providing a prevention for future cases. In the carried research, it is noticeable the importance of the markers and how they act in a particular region, jointly with the ECG to support the diagnosis, however it is not possible to specify the type and the dimension of the injured area, then a better investigation by the medical staff is required.Item Defensivos agrícolas aprovados em 2019 e seus malefícios(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BARBOSA, Paulo Leme Pinheiro; SANTOS, Lucas Fernandes dos; CARROCIERE, Estefane Cardoso; PERREIRA, Fernanda Carolina; GONÇALVES, Miguel Felipe Compri; SANTOS, Andreyna da Silva; PALMIRO, Victor Luiz; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosBrazil has always been a country focused on agriculture with production surpluses destined for the foreign market. Its production, export and use of pesticides has been increasing significantly every year. This work has its central theme the recently released pesticides by the current government, the gathering of information on their toxicological classification and its impacts on worker’s health and the environment. There are 51 new pesticides that were released in 07/22/2019: 7 new in the country, 28 toxic, 17 extremely toxic, 5 low toxic and 1 highly toxic. In total are 266 since the beginning of the year.Item Uso indiscriminado e suas consequências e em quais lavouras há maior abuso de defensivos e por quê?(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) FIGUEIREDO, Carolina Alves; RIBEIRO, Gabriella Moreira; VALVERDE, Laynara Moreira; PEREIRA, Maria Fernanda Inácio; COSTA, Michela D’Arki; GUERRA, Sabrina Gracie Del; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosThis work aims to clarify and inform about issues involving the indiscriminate use of pesticides and how harmful they are. Several studies prove the harm to human and environmental health if exposed to these chemicals.Item Exames Laboratoriais(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) RODRIGUES, Isabela Karina; MOURA, Mariana Rodrigues de; JUVENTINO, Maheus Candido; SILVA, Nicolle Klocke Camillo Santos da; ESTEVAM, Yasmin Rayane; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosAcute myocardial infarction (AMI), also called coronary syndrome, is a leading cause of death in the world and is a result of vessel obstruction and lack of oxygen in cardiac muscle cells. The latter, in turn, release cardiac markers into the bloodstream once necrotic cell death occurs, and these macromolecules are the determinants of clinical pictures. Enzymes and proteins myoglobin, troponins and CK-MB., Correspond to the main markers that can be detected during and after myocyte lesion.Item Caracterização de Fast Food e consumo desses alimentos por alguns estudantes do Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) RAMOS, Bárbara Alessandra; FIGUEIREDO, Débora de Oliveira; SILVA, Gabriele de Padua; CAETANO, Maria da Graça Rezende; OLIVEIRA, Tainara Bossato de; CARVALHO, Victória Júlia Zanetti de; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar dos; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SOUZA, Carlos Alberto Colozzo de; SANTOS, Odair José dosThe consumption of fast food has been gradually increasing in a contemporary society, where speed has been dominating, and the habit of eating processed foods is increasingly common. Due to globalization and its technologies, most people have been adopting a very caloric eating habit, rich in fats, carbohydrates and salt and without any nutritional value, due to the extremely modern way of life and without long intervals of time. As a result, countries like Japan, the United States of America, Australia, Brazil, among others, have a high rate of cardiovascular diseases, caused by obesity, diabetes, hypertension (due to excessive consumption of salts), and especially bad cholesterol (LDL) in the blood. Modernity, without a doubt, has created several factors, from the lack of time, as well as the ease that makes up our need to ingest food for the maintenance of our body. However, this need must be met with foods that will benefit every anatomical part of our body.Item Benefícios dos defensores agrícolas(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BOAS, Carmélia Vilas; FIGUEIREDO, Débora de Oliveira; GIACCHETA, Giulia; GONÇALVES, Izabella de Souza; GUEDES, Jéssica Aparecida; CAETANO, Maria da Graça Rezende; SANTOS, Amilton César; ROSSI, Cintia Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosAgricultural pesticides aim to protect crops from pests and insects, which may end up compromising crop production and food quality. But their use can end up generating a discussion, such as their benefit to the environment. Over the years, efforts have been made to improve its use, resulting in plant extracts and microbial agents, such as nematodes, which are used in pesticides to combat pathogens. This would improve our health, and would have a much lesser impact on the environment, as it is easy to use in the soil and does not leave residues. The use of pesticides can be seen as a "medicine" for plants, but if used in excess it is harmful, they are perceived as an enemy of the environment and also of health, but their use is important for mass production of food, so that the population does not lack, for example, the use of defensives help the food to have a slower decomposition, aiming at its quality for consumption. If used correctly, pesticides can be a great ally to meet all the population's demand and generate great savings for the country.Item Os defensivos agrícolas com um olhar aos seus benefícios(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2019-06-30) BERNARDO, Felipe de Lima; SILVA, Jeferson Carlos da; BRUNETTA, Maria Victória Tinti; MOURA, Mariana Rodrigues de; JUVENTINO, Mateus Cândido; NORONHA, Nayara Yumi; SILVA, Nicolle Klocke Camillo Santo da; ESTEVAM, Yasmin Rayane; SANTOS, Amilton Cesar; ROSSI, Cintia de Lima; SANTOS, Odair José dosCurrently, there is much discussion about the viability, efficiency and side effects of agricultural defensives. The present article proceeds from a bibliographic review, using literary contents related to the use of defensives, conceptualizing their applications and focusing on the perspective of the benefits of using agricultural defensives. It is understood as important to carry out a bibliographical study that would expose the beneficial contributions of the use of these products in agricultural production in social, nutritional and economic sectors.
