Among these factors is the biggest reason for bankruptcy of small companies, many of sometimes made up of family and friends, for not knowing how to properly run a business end up mixing personal life with the life of the company, as an example we have the bad management of the money, using it to pay personal debts by delaying the payment of suppliers, this is just a small example of mismanagement. Aiming at the importance of business consulting, the present group aims to provide a business consultancy for the company Bruno Lanches. Thus proposing the company a better scenario on these fundamentals. Within the administrative foundations, the mission, vision and values of the company, in addition to carrying out an analysis of its customers, competitors and threats. next to these analyses, the evaluation of the structure will also be carried out. In the accounting scenario, there will be an analysis of the company's accounts, to deepen liquidity, profitability and indebtedness. With the collection of information carried out in these analyses, several accounting reports will be prepared. In the area of economics, a SWOT analysis will be prepared to identify strategies to address the organization's weaknesses and threats. So that the company can see if it is viable for it take advantage of the information made available in this project. We also want to enjoy accounting and economics for the general organization of the company, avoiding headaches with future values, having better cash management, arriving at the value of equity and analyzing the surrounding market situation to make possible investments or strategies to raise capital.
