The subject of Budgetary Management will be responsible for building a budget projection for the company. Estratégica de Tributos will help to identify the best tax regime and the matter of Strategic Management and Complice will help to promote a reflection of how the company can use its potential to explore market opportunities, seeking change of strategic positioning for the future. Promoting this interaction between students and companies, it is possible that both sides benefit: students will increasingly acquire knowledge for their profession and to the market, while the entrepreneur will receive help in his business, consequently identify and solve possible problems. In this semester, the students of the fourth module of Economic Sciences have for objective to create administrative strategies for the Ric Mania kiosk installed in the UNIFEOB premises, so this project will contribute to an assessment of food truck, specializing in oriental food. These strategies aim at legal knowledge, financial and administrative functions in order to improve the company's performance through the market and adversities. During this project, a description of the evaluated kiosk will be presented, where the company's registration data and other information deemed relevant are observed. After For this, the legal part will be addressed, where the rules followed to continue the company operations. Subsequently, the data obtained with the entrepreneur, of their expenses and profits, where budgetary and strategic management will be carried out of tributes. Corporate strategic management, the subject of the current work, can be seen as the way by which the organization develops its planning to ensure that the vision of the future and its goals are achieved, analyzing possible scenarios and defining and redefining its course over time. With this definition, then, it is intended to help the company that will be crafted using strategic management to create the development of the following project, implementing new concepts and tips, also accompanying the current form of service to increment it. The following development will take place from the use of the knowledge learned in Business Law, Budget Management and Strategy and Compliance. From the knowledge acquired in each unit of study, it becomes possible to perform an analysis of operational issues and the business model, prepare budgets administrative procedures, carry out simulations of tax regimes compared to the tax regime of the company in question, and finally, promote an analysis, evaluating its strategic management and its positioning in the market. For the project to be successful, the aim will be to analyze mainly the business management and its structure regarding tax/budget management, assessing what is its behavior in the active market along with its power to acquire and manage capital. Based on this assumption, it becomes necessary to carry out the general survey of all company data, from its monthly invoicing up to its obligations with the tax authorities through questions to the owner, with the aim of to assist the group members in understanding the issues, fiscal and finance, addressing concepts mainly from the accounting area.
