    The Strategic Management Project's main objective is to help the company Keep projecting your goals. And for this to be possible, several analyzes will be carried out. and studies that made this project possible. Each study unit will have a portion of contribution to the construction of the project. The Business Law discipline will help in the construction of analysis of issues operations and in the analysis of the desired model. The subject of Budgetary Management will be responsible for building a budget projection for the company. Estratégica de Tributos will help to identify the best tax regime and the matter of Strategic Management and Complice will help to promote a reflection of how the company can use its potential to explore market opportunities, seeking change of strategic positioning for the future. The project seeks to offer the company an expansion of horizons and help purposes established by it are achieved.

    The Business Consulting Project, in the Strategic Management module, aims to objective to gather necessary information and analyze the situation and position of the company in the market, applying the knowledge acquired in each unit of study, and thus propose business strategies that enable the company to achieve the results designed and develop strategically. From the knowledge acquired in each unit of study, it becomes possible to perform an analysis of operational issues and the business model, prepare budgets administrative procedures, carry out simulations of tax regimes compared to the tax regime of the company in question, and finally, promote an analysis, evaluating its strategic management and its positioning in the market. The project helps to promote a thorough analysis of the company, taking into account into account its constitution, the legal norms that regulate its business activities, analysis of the main budgets, demonstration of the taxation regime indicated for the activity developed and reflection on the use of potentialities in order to explore the market opportunities, and if necessary, seek changes in positioning for the future.
