    In a general view, the objective of this controllership project is to bring knowledge accounting to the entrepreneur, so that he can adopt accounting in his enterprise and, thereby increasing your professional results. For this, the concepts and applications of the balance sheet and the DRE (Income Statement for the Year). O balance sheet is an accounting statement whose purpose is to present the accounting, financial and economic position of an entity at a given date, representing a static position and showing the status of your assets, monetary value in cash and banks, as well as its obligations to third parties. While, the DRE has the objective of demonstrating to its users the formation of the net result of a certain period by comparing revenues, costs and results, calculated according to the principle accrual basis accounting.

    With globalization and the post-pandemic, small businesses have struggled to remain firm in the business market, thus having to deal with the high demand for customers, high taxes, competition among many other factors that prevent your growth. Among these factors is the biggest reason for bankruptcy of small companies, many of sometimes made up of family and friends, for not knowing how to properly run a business end up mixing personal life with the life of the company, as an example we have the bad management of the money, using it to pay personal debts by delaying the payment of suppliers, this is just a small example of mismanagement. Aiming at the importance of business consulting, the present group aims to provide a business consultancy for the company Bruno Lanches. The consultancy provided by the present group aims to identify and assist in the solution of internal problems and of the company, thus providing tools for better decision-making focusing on good results.
