    The objective of this project will be the analysis and a study of the development of the company Maroldi Contabilidade e Consultoria, located in the municipality of Santa Cruz das Palmeiras - São Paul. The title of the EP is “PROJECT OF BUSINESS CONSULTING”, whose purpose is to carry out a Projection of a Statement of Income for the Year, taking into account considering the economic and financial situation of the company. Its structure should be analyzed organizational. After the profits are projected, these values ​​must be brought to value present using the concept of net present value.

    The University Center of the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation has as its menu pedagogical competence training, in which, together with the two other aspects institution's educational, technical training and training for life, institute a extension pedagogical project that integrates all the teaching units of the Business Fundamentals of the Business School, aiming at the implementation of activities practices of the corporate world towards students, using data made available by a partner company of the course.
