From the knowledge acquired in each unit of study, it becomes possible to perform an analysis of operational issues and the business model, prepare budgets administrative procedures, carry out simulations of tax regimes compared to the tax regime of the company in question, and finally, promote an analysis, evaluating its strategic management and its positioning in the market. The project helps to promote a thorough analysis of the company, taking into account into account its constitution, the legal norms that regulate its business activities, analysis of the main budgets, demonstration of the taxation regime indicated for the activity developed and reflection on the use of potentialities in order to explore the market opportunities, and if necessary, seek changes in positioning for the future.
