    The bakery industry Newbread LTDA, is a family business, its trajectory is marked by the opening of a small bakery. In 1989, the family business was transformed into a fabil unit, serving the entire south of Minas Gerais and much of the state of São Paulo. How the company reacts to the current economic scenario in which Brazil finds itself and the difficulties that entrepreneurs face to start their projects. And how the government has been working on new laws that help the country's development if governments help or hinder and how these laws fit in improving the company.

    The Interdisciplinary Project aims to deepen the knowledge acquired in the classes available in the virtual environment, applied in a real company (Agro Fonte Alta LTDA.), Expanding our entire development. Knowing that Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer (only in October 2019, with 14 working days counted, Brazilian exports were 1,989,100 bags of 60 kilograms, daily average of 142,100 bags, with US revenue $ 231.2 million and an average price of $ 116.20 per bag.) We propose to carefully analyze the market, as well as measures adopted for the sector and the way these measures affect the decision-making of the chosen company , either in the managerial, administrative and organizational process or in what concerns the opportunities of the national and international market.
