    The bakery industry Newbread LTDA, is a family business, its trajectory is marked by the opening of a small bakery. In 1989, the family business was transformed into a fabil unit, serving the entire south of Minas Gerais and much of the state of São Paulo. How the company reacts to the current economic scenario in which Brazil finds itself and the difficulties that entrepreneurs face to start their projects. And how the government has been working on new laws that help the country's development if governments help or hinder and how these laws fit in improving the company.

    Due to globalization, it is of paramount importance that every company needs to remain in the market, to know factors of the economy and how these affect the company's activities. It is essential that managers are attentive to changes occurring in the external environment of their organizations, always trying to predict future contexts and adapt before it is too late, avoiding situations like entropy. The purpose of this project is to carry out an analysis on some factors of the economy such as: GDP, Development and Growth; Organizational Environment and The Foreign Market; and how they affect the company's activities positively and negatively.
