In the course taught by Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, we performed the calculations based on the Selic rate for the period described to obtain the value individually and as a whole. Based on the discipline of Professor Renata Marcondes, we developed a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company. Together with Professor Danilo Doval, we were able to analyze the impact they cause within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet). And finally, together with Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista, we saw the changes that were generated in ROI, EBITDA, Asset Turnover, Profit Margin from of the payment of liabilities. This is possible through the knowledge acquired in Management classes of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Statistics Applied, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen was Vulpes LTDA, a fictitious organization created in the Project Integrated from the 3rd Administration module. Starting with the mapping and analysis of liabilities, they were put into lists three different liabilities, which were analyzed and their causes were identified. Subsequently, we found ways to solve them and took the appropriate measures so that they do not happen again in the company. Subsequently, an analysis was carried out with statistics of labor liabilities in relation to employees and the company. First, it will be explained what these liabilities are and how they work, how were generated within the company and the solutions achieved by the company through agreement with the employees involved. The amounts generated by these liabilities will be shown, as they were calculated and which they represent as a percentage within the company, in relation to other sectors and other collaborators. After carrying out calculations, the value generated through the liabilities will be introduced in the company's financial statements, to indicate the financial impact, making comparisons and analysis of defined values. The general objective is to seek and identify information regarding labor liabilities, thus getting to know the company, identifying the main causes that generate its labor liabilities and describing the practices of the personnel department, collecting data in the processes and preparing suggestions for improvements in internal processes to reduce the company's costs with labor liabilities. This company was chosen because it is inserted in the field of cosmetic products, an area that has been growing and developing a lot in Brazil. This project aims to present three Labor Liabilities and the impact that they can generate in the company's Accounting and financial situation, as well as find ways to solve these liabilities and ways to manage them in the short and long term. long term. For that we chose Empresa Singullar Perfumaria, a company developed in the third module. At Singullar, the owner partners are responsible for managing the herself, with the help of two psychologist collaborators and cleaning that suffered the labor liabilities of overtime, delayed vacations and 13th defeated. You Secondary objectives are to present the role and importance of HR to the companies, narrate the history of HR and its evolution to the model that currently exists and describe the main challenges of the sector through the new directions demanded by the market. THE The methodology used is the bibliographic review and the main conclusions reached point to to the importance of the evolution of HR to the present time, in which the competencies of the employees have been more valued, as it is an important component of the strategic management of organizations.
