This is possible through the knowledge acquired in Management classes of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Statistics Applied, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen was Vulpes LTDA, a fictitious organization created in the Project Integrated from the 3rd Administration module. Starting with the mapping and analysis of liabilities, they were put into lists three different liabilities, which were analyzed and their causes were identified. Subsequently, we found ways to solve them and took the appropriate measures so that they do not happen again in the company. Subsequently, an analysis was carried out with statistics of labor liabilities in relation to employees and the company. Also in the curriculum in this module, the Personnel Department discipline was present, this one, taught by the professor Danilo Morais Doval, being passed on knowledge related to the management of the company's employees, such as payroll administration, vacations, benefits, certificates, clocking and labor liabilities. In turn, the Leadership and Coaching, taught by Professor Almir Abreu, aimed at purpose to encourage self-knowledge and develop skills and new skills, encouraging the role of good leadership within the company, adding to the leader the ideal qualities so that he/she executes in a affirms its role. We use the knowledge acquired by the learning unit of the current module to develop the project. Are they: performance evaluation, a tool used in organizations in the area of people. Its objective is to analyze the performance of a professional according to the activity for which it fulfilled the objective. Location, achievements and potential development. The human resources area studies labor legislation and calculation methods, as well as the process of hiring new employees. The purpose of the disciplines leadership and training is to diagnose and develop training needs company in order to learn how to improve their own and others' capabilities. With Carioca teacher in Performance Assessment we discovered the various tools used for the organization of people management, performance evaluation, mindset B and the digital age.. The Leadership and Coaching discipline, with Professor Almir, exposed the need for in-company training, skills development and the importance of feedback. Superfrio was chosen for the development of the project, as it is a recognized company in the market and to be present in our region, besides the fact that having a member of our team as an employee of the administrative sector, which facilitates access to information. In the course taught by Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, we performed the calculations based on the Selic rate for the period described to obtain the value individually and as a whole. Based on the discipline of Professor Renata Marcondes, we developed a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company. Together with Professor Danilo Doval, we were able to analyze the impact they cause within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet). And finally, together with Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista, we saw the changes that were generated in ROI, EBITDA, Asset Turnover, Profit Margin from of the payment of liabilities. The need to invest in marketing strategies gained more prominence due to indispensability of innovation linked to market competition, and the stability of the scenario financial and economic, in view of the challenge that some producers faced in maintaining the relationship with its customers and continue its loyalty work. With this in mind, strategies that can benefit those interested do not use technology tools for the dissemination of products and services and do not have knowledge of these methods. Initially, based on the concepts covered in the discipline of Management of Labor Liabilities, the definition, development and solution of the overtime, overdue vacations and deviation from function. From the definition of liabilities, calculations were performed, based on the Selic rate and, with the definition of these values, the demonstration of how much represents, in percentage, within the company and what impact these values will have, in relation to DRE, Balance Sheet, Profit Margin, ROI etc. After the collected data, an analysis of the company's situation was carried out, in order to to identify and assist in actions that can prevent future cases.
