For the reasoning, the subjects studied were used as a basis in this module: Performance evaluation, taught by Professor José Márcio From Rio. This discipline consists of the people management mechanism, which describes the performance of an employee or the entire team, through which it is possible to estimate the technical skills and conduct of employees. Also in the curriculum in this module, the Personnel Department discipline was present, this one, taught by the professor Danilo Morais Doval, being passed on knowledge related to the management of the company's employees, such as payroll administration, vacations, benefits, certificates, clocking and labor liabilities. In turn, the Leadership and Coaching, taught by Professor Almir Abreu, aimed at purpose to encourage self-knowledge and develop skills and new skills, encouraging the role of good leadership within the company, adding to the leader the ideal qualities so that he/she executes in a affirms its role. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, subject taught by Professor Danielle Rodrigues, had the purpose of formulating, forwarding and guide the career plan, and survey of positions and salaries. And Selection and Retention of Talents, taught by Professor Karina Strobel Castillo, who aimed to generate an exercise in calling and choosing within the organization.

With the help of the disciplines: Personnel Department - contributed to give us knowledge about Labor Laws and labor calculations performed on the worksheet payment of each employee; Positions, Salaries and Career Plan - had as objective to help us create, develop and analyze a career plan and its relationship with positions and salaries; Performance Assessment - tool that is used in Performance Management People to analyze the performance of each professional within their functions developed, what are the goals to be achieved and how it can improve; Leadership and Coaching - helped us to analyze the company's leadership profile chosen, how the leader can develop people focusing on sustainable results and Talent Selection and Retention - which aimed to create a process of recruitment and selection in the organization; it was possible to carry out a complete analysis in all areas involving the Human Resources area.

We use the knowledge acquired by the learning unit of the current module to develop the project. Are they: performance evaluation, a tool used in organizations in the area of people. Its objective is to analyze the performance of a professional according to the activity for which it fulfilled the objective. Location, achievements and potential development. The human resources area studies labor legislation and calculation methods, as well as the process of hiring new employees. The purpose of the disciplines leadership and training is to diagnose and develop training needs company in order to learn how to improve their own and others' capabilities. In terms of positions, salaries and careers, the objective is to formulate, direct and guide the career plan, the relationship between the position and the salary. Finally, there is the selection and retention of talents, with the objective of creating a process of recruitment and selection in the organization.

In Personnel Department, where we learned from Professor Danilo Doval about salary charges, remuneration and description of occupations by the CBO. Professor Danielle guided us through the career plans area in the Positions, Salaries and Career Plans unit. With Carioca teacher in Performance Assessment we discovered the various tools used for the organization of people management, performance evaluation, mindset B and the digital age.. The Leadership and Coaching discipline, with Professor Almir, exposed the need for in-company training, skills development and the importance of feedback. And last but not least, with the teacher Karina in Talent Selection and Retention we learned about the recruitment process and selection within the company and how to elaborate it.

For development, we rely on learning from five important units of study of the sixth module: Performance Assessment which is a tool of the management process that measures data analyzed in the assessment by competences. Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, where we mapped positions, direction of a career plan, and the question of salary research. Department where we approach the topic of CBO (Brazilian Occupational System) and the functions of each position, compensation policies, vacation, thirteenth, and overtime and labor laws and calculations. Talent Selection and Retention with the aim of creating recruitment and selection process, also discusses the selection system adopted by the company, as is the interview and the dynamics carried out during. Superfrio was chosen for the development of the project, as it is a recognized company in the market and to be present in our region, besides the fact that having a member of our team as an employee of the administrative sector, which facilitates access to information. At the José Marcio Carioca Performance Assessment study unit, aims to show the importance of evaluating the performance of employees within of the company, providing feedback to them, about what their strengths and weaknesses are, where they excel in what they do and when they need to present changes, for personal and professional development.

In this way, it is essential to manage and evaluate the performance of all employees involved, detecting indexes that measure the action, behavior and execution of activities. From this, it is possible to identify improvement and decision-making by the company's leaders and managers. The work also aims to present the structure of the personnel department, clearly depicting payroll management, benefits and management of labor liabilities. In view of this, the functions of the department staff contributes to decision making and ensures a legal relationship between employee and employer.

This enterprise was chosen during a discussion between the members of this interdisciplinary project, using aspects such as: the number of employees, the size of the hotel, its financial condition and how profitable it could be for the partners the suggestions and points of improvement that we, students of administration of UNIFEOB, we observed during the evaluation period of the company.

We use the knowledge acquired during the semester for the development of the project, these acquired through the study units from which were: Performance evaluation tool widely used in organizations in the area of people management, with the objective of analyzing the performance of the professional according to the activities performed, goals set and results achieved. Department of staff where labor laws and calculations were studied along with the process of hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline was to diagnose and develop the training needs of the company and its collaborators. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, lead and direct career plans, and also the study on the base and ceiling of positions and salaries. Per end in the Talent Selection and Retention unit where the purpose was to create a recruitment and selection process, aiming to determine the choice of employees referring to for each available position.

The objective of the project is to learn in a practical way each subject taught during the semester, using the subject Department personnel to verify that the activities carried out by the employees are in accordance with the CBO, check that payments are being paid in accordance with the CLT and identify and correct any deviations. The contribution of the subject Positions Salary and Career plan was to analyze, through job mapping, the functions that the employee exercise, identifying any deviation from function, proposing changes if necessary, whether with the leaders or the led. performance appraisal, the we use both personally and externally, its aim is to make we align the qualities of each employee with their functions to obtain a better performance of both employees and the company. Leadership and Coaching used to check how the leadership is in the company. Talent selection and retention is study unit will be used so that according to the company's market, it is selection of new employees.
