We chose Construtora Simoso to base our studies during this semester and thus present our understandings about each study unit presented. Construtora Simoso since its foundation in 1977 has maintained a tradition in the field of heavy construction works, earthworks, drainage and related activities.

The great progress came after the company adopted the multilevel marketing style, this style is often used by financial pyramid schemes, but we will see how it works as we work, as there are exceptions.
