    This project aims to use knowledge acquired through Human Computer Interface and Probability Statistics subjects to carry out and create a statistical analysis of data. To carry out this project, the group used data from a company that delivers your product. In the material developed, the objective was to identify, understand, list and present the reasons that made the NPS indicator (Net Promoter Score or Level of service) perform poorly in the latest searches related to Last Mile (last stage of the supply chain). The model company for this project hires third parties to carry out the delivery. The NPS indicator is very important for the company, complaints negatively impacted the NPS Indicator, a KPI that is always exposed to Stakeholders of the organization

More than 200 countries have reported cases of the disease and the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak as a pandemic, which is an epidemic that is gaining global scale” [...] according to the MSF website (doctors without borders) that tells everything about the virus and the care needed to stay safe to prevent. “Almost a year has passed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and scientists around the world have made rapid progress in developing safe and effective vaccines that will help reduce illnesses, hospitalizations and deaths associated with COVID-19” [...] according to the Pan American Health Organization. which reported in 2021. From the start of the first dose in Brazil in 2021 until the last months of 2022 reaches 80% of the Brazilian population vaccinated, and data collected on the states that are stand out with the covid vaccine, from the first dose to the fourth already available especially for people working in the health sector
