Mucuna Preta must be sown between 2 and 4 cm deep. The row spacing should normally be 50 centimeters between rows and with 6 to 9 seeds per meter of furrow. Mucuna can be planted alone or in consortium with other crops. Planting consumption varies from 50 to 80 kg of seeds per ha.
