For this, some implementation phases will be followed. The first part will be identification of the company, framework of the type of operation and target audience. In second moment, the supply chain of this company will be identified, in order to map opportunity and improvements from the very first moment of its operations. then it will be applied in all and any sector of the company projects in order to improve process or product, thus directly impacting the DRE (Income Statement for the Year) from the company. Project Management aims to analyze the entire system and functionality of the company to detect failures in these processes, so that through this study we can develop improvement projects. Production Administration will help us throughout the production process and will show all its steps. Process Management has a fundamental role in the work, as it will analyze the processes that exist today and will propose improvements.
