In order to best demonstrate the topic addressed, we chose the Brazilian company, AMBEV S/A, which over the years has shown how good logistics management has a positive impact on profits.

The main objective of the discussion is through understanding the company's value chain, delivering added value to the customer within the product market and establishing a link between the company and the target audience.

It is currently the largest Brazilian multinational steel producer, present in various sectors such as construction, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, energy, machinery, among many others. We will apply the theme of the Integrated Project which is “Strategy in Logistics” using Gerdau company data as a basis, and we will detail each of the topics that were studied during this module, such as value chain management and product development, where we will detail the logistics strategy and the planning and control of the production capacity.

That said, we will analyze the company from different perspectives, defining objectives and monitoring actions in a concrete way.

In formation for life we demonstrate in a succinct and direct way strategies aimed at Design Thinking.

That said, it is beneficial to understand what logistics is and why it matters.

Having as an important goal to standardize processes in similar categories and business models, thus increasing the level of service, optimizing costs and capital.

This article presents a brief history of how Ambev started and its impact on the economic market.
