    In this IP, we seek to demonstrate the operations of the Coca-Cola Company, where we first chose a great worldwide success case, a giant in the beverage industry, and with that we tried to bring as much content as possible related to Value chain management and development of product, passing through stages of strategy in logistics, planning of the productive capacity and later the strategic management of costs of the company, defining them and giving examples. In formation for life we demonstrate in a succinct and direct way strategies aimed at Design Thinking.
