In this project the objective is to demonstrate the performance of human resources in the
companies, how important is the choice of techniques for growth and
development of both the company and the employee.
The company chosen for the Magazine Luiza S/A Project is already on the market
63 years and has more than 1,199 stores and 17 distribution centers strategically
located in 18 Brazilian states and its business model today is characterized as
a digital platform and with physical points.
