The Performance Appraisal process always seeks to develop of professionals and their organization. With the constant changes in work and in organizations, the demand for performance appraisals increases using Training and Development methods with the aim of better results for the company. For this reason it is always important to keep the motivated employees, and training is the most appropriate tool for develop the skills and competencies of employees by making them become more productive, creative and innovative, helping the company to become better and more competitive.
