This document summarizes not only the technical development of the chatbot, but also the essence of its purpose: to make information security understandable and applicable to everyone. The simplicity of this solution does not diminish its importance, but rather highlights the urgent need for accessible approaches in the ongoing battle against digital threats.

With the goal of empowering and protecting those who navigate the vast landscape of the internet, we present our innovative project: a website-integrated chatbot, developed in Dialog Flow. This chatbot is an accessible and user-friendly tool, specifically designed to inform laypeople about the most pressing cyber scams and provide guidance on protecting personal data.

We used the Python language as a base due to its versatility. Our ChatBot is aimed at assisting in the security of technology within the company, offering support and training with answers on how to protect yourself both systemically and externally. For its operation, we chose the Telegram communication platform, which provides us with several possibilities. To develop the code, we used tools such as VSCode and Jupyter Notebook. Finally, for a better visualization of the code and its operation, we used Replit.
