This extension and School Management Practice project is justified by the fact that education is one of the pillars for the social transformation of a country, given its importance and its power to provide conditions for the development of educational practices with children and adolescents in urban and rural communities (ALVES; WECHINEWSKY, 2022).

    Most young people no longer seek professional training courses. Soon we will no longer have professions such as engineers, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, teachers, nurses, among others that are essential professions for our daily lives. Knowing this, we need to make everyone aware of what this situation can generate in society, the impact that generations have suffered from the lack of specialized labor. Therefore, we must encourage young people to seek more information on the subject and how important it is to have balance in all professional areas.

With technological advances and the easy way to earn money, there is a lack of motivation, especially among young people, to further their education. After all, specialized knowledge from Higher Education is often not mandatory to work in roles in the current job market, as is the case with digital influencers.
