    The present academic paper “LIABILITIES IN COMPANIES” aims to reflect on possible labor liabilities that could occur not only at the time of dismissal of an employee, but also facts and conditions that may generate these liabilities in companies, as well as the prevention by part of the company managers. During this dissertation, we will approach the labor legislation in Brazil, the Consolidation of the Labor Laws, the labor reform and consequently we will go through the labor relations between employer and employee, their obligations and rights and finally, in a quick brushstroke, we will talk about the doctrines and jurisprudence adopted by the egregious Superior Labor Court. As an example and application of the subjects covered in the study module “Labor Liability Management”, we will use a company from the retail sector located in the city of Poços de Caldas-MG that currently has 15 employees.

We often hear in friendship or professional circles how we would do differently if we had our own businesses, our own companies. It is almost unanimous this thinking of human beings. It is the need to become active, not passive, in decisions that feeds the entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial spirit of men.

The units covered in this Integrated Project will be Fundamentals of Business Law and Structuring, in which we will look at issues such as the Articles of Association, the establishment of the business point and corporate name, and Labor Liability Management, in which we will detail the incidence of possible labor liabilities after admission. of a new employee at P&J Soluções Inteligentes.
