Having as an executed company CALÇADOS SUCESSO LTDA, which will be a company in the field of sales with footwear in general, both adult and child, that will search for commercial growth with good customer service and profitability in sales, will aim to follow and update itself always. with constant trends occurring in the fashion market, seeking to integrate harmoniously. Throughout the work we will cover the development of all the steps that will be taken to achieve the project objectives, recording all the facts from its creation, openness, company name, business point, employee admission and other decision making.

    In this project we will address issues regarding the creation of a corporate company, starting from scratch. We think of all the details necessary for its opening and operation, analyzing all possible risks related to it. Among them what can most hinder the growth of the company, which are Labor Liabilities. We will also analyze important points such as: Establishment and Business Point, Company Capital, Employee Salaries and also Labor and Social Security Obligations.
