During this dissertation, we will approach the labor legislation in Brazil, the Consolidation of the Labor Laws, the labor reform and consequently we will go through the labor relations between employer and employee, their obligations and rights and finally, in a quick brushstroke, we will talk about the doctrines and jurisprudence adopted by the egregious Superior Labor Court.
