The Good Law offers several benefits, including: 1. Tax Incentive, 2. Cost Reduction, 3. Stimulating Competitiveness, 4. Technological Development, 5. Creation of Qualified Jobs, 6. Strengthening of National Industry, 7. Sustainable Innovation , 8. Partnerships with Research Institutions. In summary, the Lei do Bem is an essential tool to stimulate innovation and technological development in companies. It not only helps us save resources, but also inspires us to contribute to the growth of Brazil and to improving the quality of life of all Brazilians.

The main objective of this project is to specifically analyze how this legislation positively impacts the innovation scenario at the Bauer company. The project seeks to evaluate how the Lei do Bem directly influences the research, technological development and innovation processes within the company.

    In a constantly evolving business landscape, it is crucial for organizations to adapt and innovate to remain competitive and sustainable. In the context of Casa Nicolau, a furniture retail company with 38 years of history and a team of 11 employees, all dedicated to the company for more than a decade, we realized the need for a cultural update. Although this company has built a solid foundation with values consolidated over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. This academic extension project, which focuses on the people management module, appears as a unique opportunity to help this company face contemporary challenges. The consultancy offered will not only allow the retention of existing talents, but also the recruitment of new professionals who share the interest in being part of this organization.
