    n this Integrated Project (IP) we will outline a research carried out within the positions, salaries and career plan through the company Magazine Luiza, and to determine the because it is a company that was appointed as one of the ten most innovative in the Latin America, by the reference magazine in American technology Fast Company. According to the GREAT PLACE TO WORK website (2022), the company Magazine Luiza was certified in the ranking of the best companies to work for in Brazil in 2021, through surveys prepared by Great Place To Work where 86% of employees from Magazine Luiza say the company is a great place to work. Still in this project, we will approach the themes related to the administration personnel and labor obligations, such as recruitment and selection as well as the return of selection process carried out by the company Magazine Luiza. According to the BACCELLI report (2021), the CEO of Magazine Luiza Frederico Trajano emphasizes the “recognition of our belief that people are the most important asset of a company, and of our culture, based on people who like of people”. And of course, we will discuss the importance of career management for the differential that every professional can perform in the way of acting and being proactive
