In our article, we aim at a marketing proposal for the Bakery Portal. We did some research with customers and employees and noticed that they they miss having more interaction on the company's social networks. We plan to hire a company specialized in advertising to manage social networks and the image of Padaria Portal, seeking to humanize relationships between the bakery and customers on the internet, and gain even more visibility with all this. Our goal is also to analyze the company's internal environment, identify the satisfaction of customers and employees, verifying through the SWOT Analysis the strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities. According to WESTWOOD (2007, p. 10). “Marketing involves discovering what customers want, make the company's products meet those requirements and, in the process, optimize the company profits.”

The work to be carried out has as main objective to solve problems in the communication, especially in the remote part of the company, and on the question of how can more efficiently apply ESG. According to Eduardo Marques (CEO) the company has some problems in this sector, being the high turnover of remote employees, who have no with the company's values, in addition to the lack of interactions with other employees, which makes it difficult for them to integrate and maintain consistency in order to continue working in the company. For a good and accentuated growth of the company, the communication between the remote and face-to-face employees is crucial, due to improved productivity because the greater the communication the better the performance.
