    We can define SOP as essential for carrying out a satisfactory job. Starting with the good reception and good service, the correct registration of the patient until the final moment of delivery of the results. Being able to separate the processes to be followed in the following way: - Receive and assist the patient in the most respectful way possible; - Request the necessary documentation and register correctly; - Always pay attention to the quality of the collection and identification of the tubes. So that, when forwarding for analysis, the sample is in perfect condition. - At the end of the process, when delivering the results to the patient, always clarify any doubts that may exist. The diagnosis will be given by the doctor, based on the results of a well-done collection and analysis.
