Based on the interview, we will know the difficulties to work as a team and the situation that can change these difficulties. Communication and expression can be one of the most important things for the human being, both in relating to people, as well as a good that companies value the professional. In addition, it is being able to express oneself through words and writings, making people understand the messages transmitted. Effective oral communication is when I speak in a way that the interlocutor can understand, this way the company has better communication.
