This work, associated with the eighth module of the Administration course, aims to develop a consultancy project for the company Casa Maieru, demonstrating how it can then gain a competitive advantage through the benefits offered by Lei do Bem nº 11.196/2005 which, by In turn, it is nothing more than a government incentive created for companies that invest in RD&I and have the Real Profit taxation regime. With this, this project will provide the organization with a manual showing the step-by-step process for adhering to the benefits of the Lei do Bem, as well as examples of success, analyzes and projections carried out for observation of the company, through the study units of the semester.

This work referring to the Integrated Project (IP) of the second module of the Administration, aims to highlight studies on the Embraer company and present its main economic, financial and equity actions related to the projection of the market and the way the organization deals with its internal and external issues. Thus, to assist in the information recording process, the concepts covered in the subjects of the second module of the mentioned course, as well as the learnings discussed during the Fundamentals of Administration classes, taught by the professor Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro, following the example of the need to know the competition, the your target audience and some issues related to the organization's vision, mission and values. In addition, based on the studies covered during the Fundamentals of Accounting, taught by Professor Max Streicher Vallim, it was possible to carry out the Company's Balance Sheet, as well as its Income Statement Exercise (DRE) which, in turn, contributed to the organization's financial analysis considering its liquidity, indebtedness, profitability and profitability ratios.
