    Companies continually seek to maximize their results and achieve better performance than their competitors. But many of these fail to succeed because they have no real knowledge of the legal obligations to keep the company in the market. It's not enough to just have a good idea, open a door and you're done, a business is open. The objective of this paper is to analyze the company in the accounting environment, with all its segments: Shareholders' Equity, Income Statement (EPS), Balance Sheet and IGP-M (General Market Price Index).
