This activity complements Module 08 of the Administration - Logistics Management course and its main objective is the construction of an improvement project in the aforementioned company. Remembering that the module has as its main feature the teaching of process management, a method widely used in the corporate and industrial environment of the footwear and related industry.

    The work aims to make an analysis of the company Fazenda São Miguel Arcanjo, and this analysis focused on the process management of a company product. In this case the product analyzed will be olive oil, and after this analysis the elaboration of an improvement plan will be elaborated in order to improve the organization's processes and bring as a result a better productivity and potentialization of process effectiveness.

Logistics is in charge of improving the profitability level of distribution, through planning, organization and control of transport and storage activities, facilitating the flow of materials (CH ING, 2001). The same author highlights, as the objective of logistics, the delivery of products, or services, to the buyer at the correct time and time, at the lowest possible cost and under predetermined conditions.

    This project aims to carry out the logistics and process analysis of Delphi Automotive Systems do Brasil Ltda Company, which was chosen because it is a world renowned company and has a large hierarchical structure in its manufacturing scope. The project consists of applying the tool CYCLE PDCA, for managing the process improvement of the final product packaging, to execute it in order to reduce costs, increase profits and increase customer satisfaction. This analysis has as its main objective to verify if it is a viable business, that is, if it will have a profitable return for the company, since there will be no more costs with packaging.

    We present at this stage, the realization of a Marketing Diagnosis in the company Coca Cola, in order to analyze, evaluate and understand its operation in that company. We chose Coca Cola because it is a company with over 100 years of experience, history and that throughout its trajectory has had several errors and hits in its marketing strategies, we also have situations where the brand has declined in drastic attitudes (New Coke) and others where its extreme hits marked several generations (Dates commemorative slogans, jingles, advertisements, etc.).

Its strategies are considered innovative, and its production creates original content, always knowing what your consumer is looking for in your service, as well as their interaction on social networks and strategies used to attract new customers. Through this paper we will present a little of what Netflix is, what its strategies are, and why it has become a worldwide phenomenon. Not only for their service, but for their interaction and respect for the public.

To support and pursue the activities, we chose the company Candy Mindy, a manufacturer of sweets and confectionery with peanuts, located in the city of Aguai, São Paulo. In order to make the applicability of the concepts effective, we made a technical visit to outline which plans could be made feasible for the company in Logistics and its correlates, which will be described throughout this project.

Its mission, vision and values were also detailed and we observed its positioning in digital media (Web), enabling the group to point out the company's positive, negative and improvement points for future brand expansion.
