    This work aims to present a Business Brainstorming for a company that will be created, Balaio dos Bichos, which will be located in the city of São João da Boa Vista, with a daycare/hotel, Pet Shop, veterinary clinic, acupuncture, bath and grooming , behavioral consultation, special training and dog walking, located in the Jardim Nova São João neighborhood. The company aims to obtain excellent results through customer loyalty, which will be the result of their satisfaction with the different activities offered.
