    Citizen School is understood as being a center of rights and duties whose characteristic is training for citizenship. It is the school that makes citizenship possible for those who is inserted in it and of those who come to it. It cannot be a citizen school in itself and for itself, but it is a citizen every time it works to build the citizenship of those who make use of your space; It is a school consistent with freedom and its formative discourse. The Citizen School is every school that, fighting to be itself, fights so that its students-educators also be themselves.
