    The pandemic brought a reality in which Brazil was not prepared, being perceived directly by micro and small entrepreneurs who suffered an impact in unprecedented proportions. With the intention of mitigating these effects, the Government took the initiative to create measures to insert credit and tax installments, in order to keep this gigantic class producing and moving the market. However, what has been perceived is a parallel reality where the scope of these measures does not reach its totality, as the misinformation and the large volume of uncertainties made these small entrepreneurs afraid to make certain decisions, and the its short, medium and long-term reflexes can become irreversible. The mentioned reality is a great challenge for business, especially when we refer to small entrepreneurs, and this work seeks to develop a perspective on how information and the presence of an accounting structure can guarantee a condition of survival for this class so relevant to our nation's economy.
