    General Motors' supply chain is one of the most complex and extensive in the world. As one of the largest companies in the automotive sector, GM has a vast network of suppliers, distributors and dealers that extend across the globe. GM's supply chain begins with suppliers of raw materials, such as steel, plastic and other materials used to manufacture automobiles. These suppliers deliver the materials to GM factories, which use them to produce vehicle components and parts.

    In this integrated project, we will study as the main theme, the logistical aspects of Unilever N.V, logistics is one of the oldest economic activities and at the same time one of the most modern management concepts. Storage, storage and transport procedures, considered the three most important logistical functions, emerged through the process of exchanging surplus production between producers. Cost compensation in physical distribution is an essential concept for the theory and practice of logistics.
