The elaboration of this Project aimed to carry out an analysis on the natural cosmetics. Thus, in order to prepare this project, it was inserted concepts/theories associated with the Fundamental disciplines of Logistics which were studied in this part of the course and together with company data. From the initial scenario, we aim to build the project highlight the importance of logistics within organizations that will be part of a chain where it becomes necessary for the development the continuous improvement and the excellence of the means of distribution that can make the processes effective.

In this part of the Integrated Project we will talk about the Supply Chain and its managements within an entity, its importance and the whole process since the arrival of the raw material the company, the process that the product until the distribution to the consumer. We will see how an entity performs to serve so many suppliers regarding consumers. In this study we will talk about a worldwide company that has been in the market for years and is world famous The Coca Cola Company, which is located in Rio de Janeiro, but it has several bottling centers for its product. we will quote how the logistics management of the supply chain of this entity works and also in your process step in the supply chain, and how you keep your brand among the largest in the world talking about supply chain. And finally, we'll talk about the organizational processes of the company, as it serves the whole world without leaving its consumer without product.

The present work aims to present a detailed analysis of the processes that make up the supply chain of the company Toyota do Brasil Ltda and the main features of its logistics and supply management. As it is a vehicle manufacturer, its processes can be complex, however, the Toyota model (Toyota Production System) is seen as reference in the automotive sector as it is considered a comprehensive method for the process management aimed at problem solving and continuous improvement of its Law Suit. To demonstrate this, information and management practices will be presented. used by the company, from its different levels of suppliers to the final customer.
