    In this work we will approach the logistics strategy of the company. The project sought to integrate the subjects studied in class with the reality of the company developing a study where theory and practice were combined. The company we present as a model of all content learned until the present period is Unilever. The Anglo-Dutch multinational Unilever, in the field of personal hygiene, cleaning domestic and food, underwent several processes of logistical renewal in the last years. Our purpose with this work is to carry out an analysis of some Logistics factors.

    The objective of the Project is to carry out an analysis of the logistics strategy of a real company, and its impacts related to the final cost of the mining company's products Vale (Vale S.A.). We approach in this project the analysis of the logistics strategy, aiming to adjust its operations and its real impacts, related to the final cost of its products. To develop our project, we decided to analyze the publicly traded company Vale S.A. with its commitment, in becoming one of the mining companies safest and most reliable in the world, with its basic principle: “Life first place".
