    For the realization of this project we chose the company CACAU SHOW, a food company that has been operating for 30 years, having as its characteristic its rapid growth within the market. We will present a Marketing Diagnosis in this project, showing how CACAU SHOW used this tool for its great growth.

    This project was developed during the first semester of 2017, in the elaboration of a business plan from an optic, we were accompanied by the teachers, in order to apply the concepts learned in the units of study in this project. The main objective of the work is to develop a viable business model and try to project how the company will behave in the coming years. For this, we had the help of the disciplines of taxes, ethics, budgets, strategic planning and entrepreneurship.
