The company Ric Mania was founded in March 2016 by Ricardo Perpetuo Prazeres, in the city of São João da Boa Vista – SP, with CNPJ 26.147.669/0001-02. Initially, the company sold Gourmet Burgers, but in the same year it was founded, in September, the entrepreneur had the opportunity to start selling his products at the UNIFEOB College. The company underwent a major restructuring, since at the college it was possible to choose between two options to work, Mexican or Japanese food, areas completely different from the entrepreneur's initial proposal. Therefore, Ricardo took a Sushiman course and opted for the oriental food industry, specifically Japanese. His partner, André, played a fundamental role, where he trained and taught Ricardo how to work with this type of cuisine. The products offered by the company are: Hot Roll, Temaki, Sushi Burger, Japanese food combinations, among others. These products are produced daily by the company and the intention is to serve its customers in the best possible way.

The subject that encompasses the project is financial management, and this has as objective to identify existing labor liabilities or that may occur within the company Liloudoces, therefore, the tools used in this document are necessary to adhere to scientific knowledge, with this, understanding the management factors and resulting in better conditions for the owner manage the company as a whole. Currently many companies are facing problems related to labor liabilities and most of these are caused by lack of information of the managers of such businesses. From the moment that a business is not aware of a law or standard that needs to be followed, a possible labor liability may be generated.

During the work, a persona will be developed and marketing will be worked with the intention of meeting their needs. The main focus of this project will be the client and how he wants the services to be provided, from marketing, publicity and even contracting the services, that is, the trip itself. Throughout this document, it is possible to see the promotion of the Freitas Tur brand and the creation of a more humanized identity for it, so that its target audience feels welcomed and special when receiving the services. Advanced and current analysis tools will be used to achieve the best results, collecting information from the most important person for the company, that is, the customer.

The purpose of this project is to carry out the budget forecasts of the company Uppvie in order to collaborate so that the institution can behave better in the market, thus programming and better coordinating its actions. In current times, innovating and improving sectors and control methods become increasingly effective to be a successful company, with this, we will create and demonstrate budget forecasts for the company Uppvie in order to demonstrate where its capital goes, because with forecasts made with well-structured data have more assertive chances and, avoid or leave the company prepared for future problems.
